This Hastelloy C276 Sheets are being traded and supplied by us to our esteemed clients in market leading prices. Hastelloy C276 Plates (UNS N10276) is normally solution heat-treated at 2050 Degree F and rapid quenched. Parts which have been hot-formed should be solution heat-treated prior to final fabrication or installation, if possible. Alloy C276 Sheets welding products are used as identical composition filler material for welding Alloy C276 Plates wrought and cast products, for different welding uses including other nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys and stainless steels, and for weld intersection or cladding of steels. Inconel C276 Sheets are used for Heat exchangers, Reaction vessels, Evaporators, and more. Calico Metal Alloys LLP also offers these products in customized sizes and shapes with respect to highest international standard quality.
These are used for several applications such as in chemical process equipment and desulfurization of flue gas equipment. It also has good machinability, although the alloy work hardens as is true of the nickel base alloys in general. These are accessible to our valuable customers in different range of diameters, wall thicknesses and sizes at quite affordable rates.
Hastelloy Alloy® C276 is an age-hardenable nickel-cobalt chromium-molybdenum alloy designed specifically to combine good age strength properties with excellent fabrication characteristics in the annealed condition. The high molybdenum content provides resistance to localized corrosion. Low carbon minimizes carbide precipitation during welding. Alloy C276 exhibits excellent intermediate temperature tensile ductility, and is not normally subject to strain age cracking problems common for other gamma prime strengthened alloys. Alloy C276 is typically used for applications up to about 1650°F (900°C).

Hastelloy C276 can be machined using conventional machining methods which are used for iron-based alloys. Machining operations are performed using commercial coolants. High-speed operations such as grinding, milling or turning, are performed using water-base coolants. Hastelloy C276 is welded using gas-tungsten arc welding, shielded metal-arc welding, gas metal-arc welding, and submerged-arc welding methods.
